We want to offer a diverse and accessible community hub so that participants become fitter, healthier, more active, have achieved something and are able to make better choices to improve their lifestyles.
Our Activities for Adults

Every 3rd Tuesday of the month 6.30pm – 7.30pm Meet your local councillors, raise issues and concerns about any problems in the area. Contact: Park Farm Community Centre (01744 754367) Cost: None

Wed and Sundays (Various Times) A safe environment for you to work with your puppy and dog over 5-weeks, safe meetings within the group, offering the right socialisation your pups need. Contact: Sarah Western (01744 754367) ) or sarah@thepuppytrainer.com Cost: £60 for 5-weeks

Wednesday 10:15 Sweaty Mama is for all mamas who simply want to enjoy the benefits exercise brings whilst bonding with their child. contact: Kelly Davock Book on a class Cost: £35 for 6-weeks.

Saturday (Ad-hoc) 9am – 2:30pm Dog First Aid (Merseyside) Our workshops teach you how to administer dog first aid for a range of common injuries and first aid scenarios. Whether you work with dogs or share your life with them, having the confidence to act in an emergency is so rewarding. Be there for your dog when he needs you most.
