In 2018, the Centre was awarded financial support from The National Lottery’s Community Fund which will help to sustain and develop our wonderful community centre for the next five years. With this, we began a partnership with The Women’s Organisation in Liverpool, who we commissioned to evaluate the impact of our project. This work led to a new and exciting opportunity this year. Maggie O’Carroll, Chief Executive, met with us in September 2019 to discuss our visions for building regeneration.
What changed for the residents of Carr Mill, Clinkham Wood & Moss Bank?
Towards the end of 2020, following the coronavirus pandemic, we put a call out to our community to tell us how their lives had changed and been impacted by such an unforeseen challenge to our wider health and wellbeing, as individuals and as a society.
Hours: 10 hours per week (Monday to Friday / 6.30am-8.30am)
Rate: £9.50 per hour
Contract: 12-months fixed-term
We are looking for a part-time Cleaning Operative who has the skills, knowledge and experience required to fulfil this essential role within a busy, thriving community centre. Professional cleaning experience is essential, ideally within a similar setting.
